Job Description
What You’ll Do
-
Handle customer queries via chat, call, and social media (Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)

Resolve order issues (delivery delays, payment issues, refunds)

Coordinate with operations, delivery team, and vendors
-
Track and update customer complaints in a structured way
-
Identify recurring issues and report them (we don’t want robots, we want thinkers)
What We Expect

Strong communication skills (Bangla + basic English)

Calm under pressure (customers will get angry — deal with it)

Basic tech understanding (you should not be scared of dashboards/tools)

Responsible and responsive (no ghosting, no excuses)

Willingness to learn fast and handle real workload

Experience with customer support / call center

Familiarity with e-commerce (Daraz, Facebook shops, etc.)

Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
